The HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Preparation Group Program (minimum of 3 couples)
The group program includes 4 sessions of 3 hours or 5 sessions of approximately 2.5 hours. Sessions meet either weekly or every other week. The current investment for the group program is $350 per couple. A non-refundable, transferable enrollment deposit is required, due with completed paperwork before attending the first class, with the balance (payable in cash or by check) due at the first class. Some insurance companies reimburse fees under 'Childbirth Education' (for more information see "PLEASE NOTE" below). Class enrollment is on a first pay, first reserve basis. The classes generally fill a month or more in advance. Occasionally, there are cancellations due to early births.
To ensure your placement, it is best to register early to save your spot. Many couples are registering months in advance and we recommend taking the program early in your second trimester. Your deposit reserves your space and allows for the purchase of your class materials.
Your program fee covers the entire program for mother and birth companion:
- All sessions/classes [approximately 12.5 hours of live instruction]
- Required textbook "HypnoBirthing® - A Celebration of Life, 3rd edition" by Marie Mongan
- Birth Preference Plan
- Birth Companion Files including the 'Cheat Sheet'
- (2) audio relaxation CD with 2 tracks each
- All mothers and birthing companions receive numerous documents [most sent electronically]
- Support via email
- Support via phone up to, during and even after your birth experience.
BONUSES [not a part of the official HypnoBirthing syllabus]:
- "Happy Birthing Stories" and other parent related information is emailed regularly
- (3) videos on DVDs to view {at your leisure at home - 3 hours} including HypnoBirthing® 'labor' and birth along with other related birthing topics
- $10 gift certificate to Children's Place clothing store
- Birthing Story shared live by a couple that studied with me
- The Fourth Trimester & Beyond - keys for successful parenting & a strong relationship with your child's parent

PLEASE NOTE:
Some insurance companies reimburse fees under 'Childbirth Education'. I provide you with CPT codes and claim forms. Also, for couples with flexible spending accounts benefits through their jobs classes are tax-deductible.
