WHEN I WENT TO THE HOSPITAL, THERE WAS ANOTHER COUPLE BEING ADMITTED AT THE SAME TIME & THEY ASKED "ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE IN LABOR?" THEY COULDN'T BELIEVE I WAS SMILING. I DIDN'T KNOW I HAD IT IN ME TO GO AS FAR AS I DID WITH THE HYPNOBIRTHING TECHNIQUES. THE CLASSES MADE ME BELIEVE IN MYSELF MORE. YOU GAVE ME CONFIDENCE WHEN I DOUBTED MYSELF.
